Cette valeur d\u2019absorption d\u2019acides est d\u2019une grande importance dans les aliments pour porcelets. Cela s\u2019explique par le fait que le syst\u00e8me gastro-intestinal des porcelets n\u2019est pas encore totalement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 au moment du sevrage. Et les cellules pari\u00e9tales de l\u2019estomac des porcelets ne produisent pas non plus suffisamment d\u2019acide pour r\u00e9duire significativement le pH de l\u2019estomac \u00e0 ce stade. Cependant, un pH gastrique optimal est important tant pour la digestibilit\u00e9 de l\u2019aliment que pour la pr\u00e9vention des probl\u00e8mes intestinaux.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"section section--gutenberg section--gutenberg-nomargin wp-block-paragraph\">\n<p><strong>La valeur d\u2019absorption d\u2019acides est d\u00e9finie comme la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019acide n\u00e9cessaire pour faire passer le pH d\u2019un kilogramme de mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re\/d\u2019aliment au pH du point final du titrage<\/strong>. Ce pH du point final du titrage peut \u00eatre le pH 3 (ABC-3) ou le pH 4 (ABC-4). Si le pH d\u2019une mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la valeur finale (comme pour les acides organiques), une base sera n\u00e9cessaire pour la d\u00e9termination de la valeur ABC et la valeur ABC sera n\u00e9gative. La valeur d\u2019absorption d\u2019acides est exprim\u00e9e en mEq par kg de mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re. L\u2019ABC-4 est utilis\u00e9 de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour les porcelets, car le pH de l\u2019estomac des porcelets r\u00e9cemment sevr\u00e9s varie autour de cette valeur.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"section section--gutenberg section--gutenberg-nomargin wp-block-paragraph\">\n<p>Un aliment ayant une valeur d\u2019absorption d\u2019acides suffisamment basse est important pour minimiser la perte de poids due au sevrage. En effet, avant le sevrage, l\u2019estomac est acidifi\u00e9 par la transformation bact\u00e9rienne du lactose en acide lactique par les bact\u00e9ries lactiques pr\u00e9sentes dans l\u2019estomac des porcelets. Apr\u00e8s le sevrage, les porcelets ont du mal \u00e0 maintenir le pH gastrique suffisamment bas. La combinaison d\u2019une production d\u2019acide pas encore compl\u00e8tement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e dans l\u2019estomac des porcelets, d\u2019une quantit\u00e9 insuffisante de lactose comme substrat pour la production d\u2019acide lactique et d\u2019une consommation irr\u00e9guli\u00e8re d\u2019aliments entra\u00eene un pH de l\u2019estomac des porcelets souvent sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 5. Les propres mesures de Nuscience montrent que le pH de l\u2019estomac des porcelets est encore sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 4, m\u00eame 4 semaines apr\u00e8s le sevrage. Ce n\u2019est qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de 7-10 semaines que la s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion d\u2019acide gastrique des porcelets est compl\u00e8tement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"section section--gutenberg section--gutenberg-nomargin wp-block-image\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"columns\"><div class=\"column\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nuscience.eu\/globalassets\/agrifirm-group\/nuscience-en\/x.do-not-use\/shutterstock_233976970.jpg\" alt=\"\" style=\"width:434px;height:289px\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n<section class=\"section section--gutenberg section--gutenberg-nomargin wp-block-paragraph\">\n<p>Pour une digestion et une sant\u00e9 optimales, le pH gastrique des porcelets doit se situer autour de 3,5. Le maintien d\u2019un pH optimal dans l\u2019estomac des porcelets est tr\u00e8s important pour les performances et la sant\u00e9 des porcelets pour diverses raisons\u202f:<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Une barri\u00e8re naturelle contre les agents pathog\u00e8nes<\/strong>\u202f: ceux-ci ne peuvent pas se d\u00e9velopper \u00e0 un pH inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 4.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Favorise la digestion des prot\u00e9ines<\/strong>\u202f: un pH faible est important pour la conversion du pepsinog\u00e8ne en pepsine, l\u2019enzyme qui d\u00e9grade les prot\u00e9ines en peptides plus petits. Cette conversion est optimale \u00e0 un pH de 2, mais cette activation est tr\u00e8s lente \u00e0 un pH sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 5. \u00c0 un pH sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 3,5, l\u2019activit\u00e9 de la pepsine est \u00e9galement plus faible. C\u2019est un aspect qui est souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9 lorsque des doses th\u00e9rapeutiques d\u2019oxyde de zinc sont utilis\u00e9es. Il est clair que les doses th\u00e9rapeutiques d\u2019oxyde de zinc \u00e9liminent presque compl\u00e8tement l\u2019effet des acides organiques, \u00e0 moins bien s\u00fbr que les acides organiques ne soient utilis\u00e9s pour \u00e9liminer l\u2019effet n\u00e9gatif de l\u2019oxyde de zinc sur la valeur d\u2019absorption d\u2019acides. Les porcelets ont une forte demande en calcium pour leur croissance et la solidit\u00e9 de leurs os, mais il est clair qu\u2019ajouter plus de calcium que n\u00e9cessaire aura un effet n\u00e9gatif.
