Il doit \u00eatre prot\u00e9g\u00e9 des agents pathog\u00e8nes et des toxines et l\u2019absorption active et passive des nutriments doit \u00eatre assur\u00e9e. Les truies modernes tr\u00e8s prolifiques mettent beaucoup de pression sur ce syst\u00e8me ing\u00e9nieux. C\u2019est pourquoi une prise optimale de colostrum combin\u00e9e \u00e0 une alimentation compl\u00e9mentaire sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7ue telle que Babito\u00ae permettront une maturation plus rapide de l\u2019intestin et donc un sevrage plus doux.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"section section--gutenberg section--gutenberg-nomargin wp-block-heading\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #3A261B\" class=\"text-color\">Maturation pr\u00e9natale&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"section section--gutenberg section--gutenberg-nomargin wp-block-paragraph\">\n<p>La maturation du TGI du porcelet est un processus qui commence d\u00e9j\u00e0 durant la p\u00e9riode pr\u00e9natale, s\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e8re peu apr\u00e8s la naissance (p\u00e9riode n\u00e9onatale) et se poursuit durant la phase post-sevrage. Durant la gestation, le TGI subit plusieurs modifications morphologiques et fonctionnelles provoqu\u00e9es par les hormones, les facteurs de croissance et les facteurs\/produits luminaux. Une augmentation des taux de cortisol co\u00efncide avec l\u2019apparition de l\u2019acide gastrique, de la s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion de gastrine et des activit\u00e9s enzymatiques. L\u2019ingestion de liquide amniotique par le f\u0153tus module \u00e9galement le d\u00e9veloppement pr\u00e9natal du TGI, mais semble \u00eatre d\u2019une importance moindre (Sanglid et al., 2000). Les villosit\u00e9s commencent \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper dans l\u2019intestin gr\u00eale \u00e0 un stade pr\u00e9coce de gestation, suivies par les cryptes \u00e0 un stade ult\u00e9rieur. Les cellules \u00e9pith\u00e9liales de l\u2019intestin gr\u00eale vont se diff\u00e9rencier, entre autres, en ent\u00e9rocytes, lesquelles permettront au porcelet d\u2019absorber les acides amin\u00e9s, les sucres, les ions, les lipides, etc. \u00c0 l\u2019inverse de l\u2019intestin gr\u00eale relativement bien d\u00e9velopp\u00e9, la maturation du colon ne se produit que deux semaines apr\u00e8s la naissance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"section section--gutenberg section--gutenberg-nomargin wp-block-heading\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #3A261B\" class=\"text-color\">Maturation n\u00e9onatale&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"section section--gutenberg section--gutenberg-nomargin wp-block-paragraph\">\n<p>Apr\u00e8s la naissance, le TGI subit une grande transformation (Tableau 1).\u202f Une \u00e9tude a rapport\u00e9 que la hauteur des ent\u00e9rocytes duod\u00e9naux est pass\u00e9e de 14,6\u202f\u00b5m \u00e0 la naissance \u00e0 20,0, 25,7 et m\u00eame 33,7\u202f\u00b5m aux jours 3, 7 et 14 apr\u00e8s la naissance, respectivement (Godlewski et al., 2005). Cette croissance et ce d\u00e9veloppement impressionnants, ainsi que le fonctionnement biologique du TGI, sont principalement d\u00e9termin\u00e9s par la composition et la quantit\u00e9 de colostrum et de lait.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"section section--gutenberg section--gutenberg-nomargin wp-block-image\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"columns\"><div class=\"column\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"733\" height=\"298\" src=\"https:\/\/earlyfeednutrition.com\/app\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Early-gut_table1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15800\" style=\"width:528px;height:215px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/earlyfeednutrition.com\/app\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Early-gut_table1.png 733w, https:\/\/earlyfeednutrition.com\/app\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Early-gut_table1-300x122.png 300w, https:\/\/earlyfeednutrition.com\/app\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Early-gut_table1-475x193.png 475w, https:\/\/earlyfeednutrition.com\/app\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Early-gut_table1-320x130.png 320w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 733px) 100vw, 733px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n<section class=\"section section--gutenberg section--gutenberg-nomargin wp-block-paragraph\">\n<p>Contrairement aux humains, les syst\u00e8mes circulatoires de la m\u00e8re et du f\u0153tus sont s\u00e9par\u00e9s par des couches \u00e9pith\u00e9liales (le placenta \u00e9pith\u00e9liochorial). Cela rend difficile le transfert immunitaire de l\u2019immunoglobuline G (IgG) maternelle \u00e0 travers le placenta. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que plusieurs rapports soulignent que la voie de transfert (placenta ou colostrum) n\u2019influe pas sur la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019IgG, il est essentiel de donner le plus de colostrum possible aux porcelets n\u00e9onataux. L\u2019absorption de la macromol\u00e9cule IgG doit \u00eatre termin\u00e9e avant la fermeture de l\u2019intestin (dans les 24\u202fh suivant la naissance). Le colostrum est \u00e9galement une source en nutriments et en \u00e9nergie indispensables aux porcelets, qui naissent avec de faibles r\u00e9serves d\u2019\u00e9nergie. Enfin, il permettra au TGI de poursuivre sa maturation, car il fournit des substances bioactives telles que la lactoferrine, les lysozymes, la lactoperoxydase, le facteur de croissance \u00e9pidermique et les facteurs de croissance de type insulinique.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"section section--gutenberg section--gutenberg-nomargin wp-block-heading\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #3A261B\" class=\"text-color\">Augmentation de la production de colostrum&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"section section--gutenberg section--gutenberg-nomargin wp-block-paragraph\">\n<p>Un processus de mise bas en douceur est indispensable pour une production efficace de colostrum. Une alimentation ad\u00e9quate et riche en fibres \u00e0 la fin de la gestation et au d\u00e9but de la lactation exerce un effet laxatif et r\u00e9duit le risque de constipation. Le calcium est tr\u00e8s demand\u00e9 pour la production de colostrum\/lait et est principalement mobilis\u00e9 par les os. Une attention particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quilibre \u00e9lectrolytique dans l\u2019alimentation des truies assurera une mobilisation suffisante du calcium. Les recherches ont \u00e9galement montr\u00e9 que les truies qui perdent de leur condition physique produisent moins de colostrum (Quesnel, et al., 2015). Il est donc g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement conseill\u00e9 de nourrir les truies en fonction de leurs besoins nutritionnels et de leur \u00e9tat. Une autre bonne pratique pour favoriser la consommation de colostrum par les porcelets est la t\u00e9t\u00e9e fractionn\u00e9e.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"section section--gutenberg section--gutenberg-nomargin wp-block-heading\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #3A261B\" class=\"text-color\">Babito<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>, une alimentation compl\u00e9mentaire con\u00e7ue pour la maturation intestinale&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"section section--gutenberg section--gutenberg-nomargin wp-block-paragraph\">\n<p>Comme la consommation de colostrum\/lait devient limitative pour les porcelets d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui, il est essentiel que la maturation n\u00e9onatale du TGI se poursuive avec le soutien d\u2019une consommation pr\u00e9coce d\u2019aliments solides.&nbsp; Mais pas n\u2019importe lesquels\u202f! Des recherches continues ont montr\u00e9 que m\u00eame l\u2019alimentation compl\u00e9mentaire <a href=\"https:\/\/www.earlyfeednutrition.com\/fr\/what-we-offer\/babito\/\">Babito<sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/a>, reconnue dans le monde entier, pourrait \u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9e en ajoutant des compos\u00e9s bioactifs sp\u00e9cifiques provenant du lait, ce qui permettrait d\u2019augmenter de 9\u202f% la longueur des villosit\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de 14\u202fjours (Figure 1). En outre, la prolif\u00e9ration de bonnes bact\u00e9ries telles que les lactobacilles est stimul\u00e9e et la charge en ent\u00e9robact\u00e9ries pathog\u00e8nes est r\u00e9duite.
