Le processus de naissance, souvent suivi de manipulations et de mouvements intensifs, induit beaucoup de stress pour le jeune animal, qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse d\u2019un porcelet, d\u2019un veau ou d\u2019un poussin. En effet, Dame Nature ne fournit pas toujours aux jeunes animaux les nutriments n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 leur survie. Il est donc essentiel de nourrir avec pr\u00e9cision les jeunes animaux \u00e0 un stade pr\u00e9coce de leur vie pour stimuler la maturation pr\u00e9coce de leur tractus gastro-intestinal. En effet, le TGI est la premi\u00e8re ligne de d\u00e9fense dans la pr\u00e9vention des maladies, et un gage d\u2019absorption efficace des nutriments.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"section section--gutenberg section--gutenberg-nomargin wp-block-heading\">\n<h2><span style=\"color: #3A261B\" class=\"text-color\">Difficult\u00e9s d\u2019un poussin d\u2019un jour en d\u00e9but de vie\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"section section--gutenberg section--gutenberg-nomargin wp-block-paragraph\">\n<p>\u00c0 la diff\u00e9rence d\u2019autres esp\u00e8ces, les oiseaux ont l\u2019avantage de disposer d\u2019un stockage nutritionnel dans leur organisme \u2013\u202fle reste de la membrane vitelline. Par ailleurs, \u00e0 la diff\u00e9rence d\u2019autres esp\u00e8ces animales \u00e9lev\u00e9es dans un cadre professionnel, les oiseaux, qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de poulets ou de dindes, n\u2019ont habituellement pas un acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019alimentation directement apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9closion. Entre l\u2019\u00e9closion, le calibrage, le tri, le stockage et le transport, il peut s\u2019\u00e9couler 24 \u00e0 72\u202fheures avant que le poussin d\u2019un jour trouve sa place en enclos dans les fermes. Dans ces circonstances, il est \u00e9vident qu\u2019un nourrissage pr\u00e9coce dans le poulailler est extr\u00eamement pertinent et important pour les performances ult\u00e9rieures.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"section section--gutenberg section--gutenberg-nomargin wp-block-paragraph\">\n<p>Outre ces facteurs externes de stress, les jeunes oiseaux doivent faire face, apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9clos, \u00e0 un changement brusque d\u2019alimentation. Alors que le jaune est essentiellement constitu\u00e9 de graisses et de prot\u00e9ines contenues dans des mol\u00e9cules sp\u00e9cifiquement synth\u00e9tis\u00e9es par les volailles, l\u2019oiseau dispose ensuite de graisses et de prot\u00e9ines essentiellement v\u00e9g\u00e9tales et, bien s\u00fbr, d\u2019amidon. Une mise en bouche bien \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e peut faciliter cette transition.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"section section--gutenberg section--gutenberg-nomargin wp-block-heading\">\n<h2><span style=\"color: #3A261B\" class=\"text-color\">Promotion de la prise d\u2019aliments par les porcelets avant le sevrage\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"section section--gutenberg section--gutenberg-nomargin wp-block-paragraph\">\n<p>Au cours des derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies, la s\u00e9lection g\u00e9n\u00e9tique a conduit \u00e0 une augmentation \u00e9norme de la taille des port\u00e9es. L\u2019augmentation du nombre de porcelets n\u00e9s vivants par port\u00e9e entra\u00eene \u00e9galement davantage de d\u00e9fis peu apr\u00e8s la naissance\u202f: plus de porcelets en faible poids, une plus grande concurrence pour une prise ad\u00e9quate de colostrum et une concurrence g\u00e9n\u00e9rale pour les trayons disponibles des truies&#8230; Tous ces d\u00e9fis ont conduit \u00e0 des porcelets plus vuln\u00e9rables et moins vigoureux.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"section section--gutenberg section--gutenberg-nomargin wp-block-paragraph\">\n<p>Une alimentation compl\u00e9mentaire bien \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e et innovante, soutenant la port\u00e9e compl\u00e8te d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but, est essentielle pour maximiser le succ\u00e8s et la rentabilit\u00e9 apr\u00e8s le sevrage. Cette alimentation doit \u00eatre tr\u00e8s app\u00e9tissante pour encourager la prise de nourriture. Elle doit stimuler le d\u00e9veloppement du tractus gastro-intestinal et fournir des nutriments pour renforcer l\u2019\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9. Une alimentation compl\u00e9mentaire augmentera non seulement la prise de nourriture avant le sevrage, mais aussi le nombre de porcelets qui mangeront avant le sevrage. Une p\u00e9riode difficile au cours de laquelle ont lieu la plupart des traitements et des d\u00e9c\u00e8s de l\u2019ensemble de la p\u00e9riode d\u2019\u00e9levage de deux ans. Un autre d\u00e9fi consiste \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer le rumen de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que le veau puisse passer en douceur du lait \u00e0 l\u2019alimentation solide. Le d\u00e9veloppement du rumen peut cependant \u00eatre r\u00e9duit lorsque l\u2019on donne trop longtemps une trop grande quantit\u00e9 de lait\/substitut d\u2019allaitement pour veaux.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"section section--gutenberg section--gutenberg-nomargin wp-block-paragraph\">\n<p>Pendant la premi\u00e8re moiti\u00e9 de la p\u00e9riode laiti\u00e8re, l\u2019accent est mis sur la maximisation de la croissance gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une forte consommation d\u2019aliments liquides. Dans la seconde moiti\u00e9 de la p\u00e9riode laiti\u00e8re, le veau doit \u00eatre stimul\u00e9 par un sevrage progressif pour augmenter la consommation d\u2019aliments solides.
